It’s a little over 3 weeks until our very own Minis Festival of Rugby on Sunday 12th May and we really need your help, as without your help, the festival will not be a success.

To ensure that the day goes smoothly, we need a number of volunteers to help on the various stalls, including:

• BBQ – we need 3 or 4 volunteers to run the BBQ;
• Coffee/Tea/Home baking – 3 or 4 volunteers to sell coffee, tea, homebaking, etc;
• Tombola – 1 volunteer to run the tombola stall;
• Raffle – a couple of volunteers to sell raffle tickets on the day;
• Scorers tent – 1 volunteer to keep the scores for the P4 to P7 games.

If you are able to help out on the day, please email drfcminis@live.com so that we can start to get organised.

We will need to borrow a couple of garden, folding gazebos – if you can loan either, please let us know.

The raffle forms a big part of the fund raising so we are still in need of donations for raffle prizes – we are happy to start collecting these in now.

There will be a letter with 5 strips of raffle tickets attached coming out to the kids shortly, to sell to family and friends.

We are still on the lookout for more sponsorship, be it your employer or your own company, which can be made by way of cash or voucher. Match balls can also be sponsored for £30.00.
